Forums give people a place to congregate and talk about what they like. There are thousands of forums going on every day and in almost any topic you can imagine. However, almost all forums have strict rules against selling. Read on to find out how to get around this rule.

First, you need to join a forum community (your niche market) that is relevant to the products and services you're promoting. You will need to find forums where these people hang out and start participating in the forums.
 
Finding forums is easy. Let's use Google search to do the job.
 
Just add your keyword(s) to forum in the search window. For example, you want to find people interested in "lose weight". Your search term will be "lose weight forum".  Click on the search button and you get a whole bunch of websites that have forums on that subject.
 
Select the ones that interest you and meet what you wanted. It should be a forum where you can register to post messages.

Once you sign up for a forum, you must post regularly so that people get to know you. A simple strategy is "post questions, answer questions, and tell people where to find good information".

When you joined the forum, your initial goal is to build relationships and not to sell. So, build your relationships first until you become an "expert" in your particular field. However, your ultimate goal is to get people to visit your website and hopefully buy the products you refer them to.
